1/2 cup Dry mustard
1/4 cup Mustard seeds
1/2 cup Cider vinegar
1/3 cup Rosemary Hot Pepper and Garlic Vinegar (or white wine)
3 tbsp Local Honey
2 tbsp Prepared horseradish; drained
1 tsp Midwestern Garden Radish

Combine ingredients in a blender and whirl until mixture is smooth.  This recipe will keep for several months in the refrigerator.
