Our collaboration with the Strive Team at Agawam Public Schools stands as a shining example of what can be achieved when communities come together. Through this partnership, interns engage in real work experiences—from packaging spices to learning vital skills essential for personal and professional growth.
Every step of the way, these students are supported by dedicated mentors who guide, encourage, and inspire. The 16-week internship program equips them not only with practical skills but also with confidence and a sense of accomplishment.
From Training to Opportunity
The journey doesn't end with the internship. Many of our participants move on to take on roles supporting marketing and inventory efforts within our organization. This transition from training to employment exemplifies how tailored programs and genuine support systems can transform lives.
