Public Market Brisket Seasoning
BEEF BRISKET
- MIDWESTERN GARDEN RADISH & PACIFIC SEA SALT
- INGREDIENTS: Onion, Garlic, Kosher Salt, Parsley, Dried Horseradish, Black Pepper, Dill Seed, Celery Seed.
Recipe
2 cups water
1/2 pint Red
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup Ketchup
1 1/2 tbsp Midwestern Garden Radish
1 tsp Pacific Sea Salt
1 (4-4-lb) beef brisket
Soak Meat in water for 1 hour before marinating. Mix sugar, spices and ketchup, rub into meat. Pour Wine over the beef and allow to marinate for a couple hours, overnight is best.
Heat grill or oven to 250–350 degrees. Place brisket on grill or in a covered pan in the oven and cook to desired doneness, 4 to 6 hours. Serves 15. Be sure to cook brisket with fat side up sothat juices flow down into the meat.
