Horchata de Morro (Salvadoran Horchata)

This is a traditional Salvadoran beverage dating back centuries. It originated as a refreshing drink made from native ingredients, particularly the morro seed, which gives it a unique flavor distinct from other Latin American horchatas.

Ingredients:
-1 cup morro seeds (or rice and almonds)   
-1/2 cup sesame seeds   
-1 cinnamon stick   
-4 cups water   
-1/2 cup Orange Vanilla Sugar
-Ice
-1 orange for garnish

Instructions:
1. Soak seeds (or rice almonds) and cinnamon in water overnight.
2. Blend until fine.
3.  Strain mixture.
4.  Stir in sugar  
5.  Chill.
6.  Serve over ice.
7.  Garnish:  Zest orange over glass.  Add orange twist to rim.
