This Penn Scale was a true find in my Grandmother's Farmhouse in Saugerties, NY. She along with my Grandfather had a small bakery in Brooklyn in the 1950s where she made fresh bread daily along with the most delicious sweet confections you ever tasted. Take this home to use for your own baking creations or it would make an exciting vegetable or fruit bowl on a kitchen island.
