FEATURED RECIPE: Grilled Peaches with White Balsamic & Mascarpone
- 4 ripe but firm peaches, halved and pitted
- 2 tbsp White Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Local Honey
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 tbsp Orange Vanilla Sugar
- 1/4 cup toasted almonds, sliced
- Fresh mint leaves
Make Glaze: Whisk together White Balsamic Vinegar, honey, and olive oil.
Prepare Peaches: Brush cut side of peaches with the glaze.
Grill: Heat grill to medium heat. Place peaches cut-side down on grill. Grill 3-4 minutes until caramelized with grill marks. Flip and grill another 2 minutes.
Make Cream: While peaches grill, mix mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Serve: Place grilled peaches on plates. Dollop with mascarpone cream. Drizzle with remaining glaze. Top with toasted almonds and mint.
