Cupcake Ingredients:
- 1 package Farmer's Market Chocolate Mix (GF option available)
- 2 Eggs Lightly Beaten,
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
Chocolate Ganache:
- 4 oz semi-sweet or dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tbsp butter
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line muffin tin with cupcake liners. Combine Chocolate Mix with eggs, oil and sour cream. Fill liners ⅔ full. Bake 18-20 minutes. Cool completely
For ganache: Heat cream until just simmering. Pour over chopped chocolate and let sit 2 minutes. Stir until smooth. Add butter. Let ganache cool for 10-15 minutes until slightly thickened.
Use your spreader: Spread ganache smoothly over each cupcake, or dip cupcake tops directly into ganache for a glossy finish.
