DEVILED EGG SPICES- 3 of our signature spice blends in an eco-kraft clamshell container. Includes a sample size of each of our Bayou Blackening Balm, Fines Herbs, and Jamaican Jerk Seasoning.
Place a carton of eggs on its side for a day. The yolk will then center itself so you have it directly in the middle of the white. Add 1 tbsp vinegar to a pot of water, and heat to the boiling point. Add room-temperature eggs and cook in boiling water for 10 minutes. Then turn the heat off and cover. After 20 minutes remove the lid and drain water from the eggs. When cooled, peel and cut in 1/2.

¼ cup Mayonnaise, ½ tsp Dijon Mustard
1/4 tsp Spice Blend - More for garnish
Pop out (remove) the egg yolks in a small bowl and mash with a fork. Fill the empty egg white shells with the mixture and garnish.
Cover lightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up to one day before serving.
