Black Stand-up bag. (makes 1/2 dozen rolled biscuits) INGREDIENTS: wheat flour enriched (niacin, reduced iron, thiamine, mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid) malted barley flour, baking powder, and kosher salt. JUST ADD: butter, egg, lemon juice, and milk.

Instructions

1 package Flaky Chive Biscuit Mix

1/2 cup cream,
1 tbsp lemon juice,   
1 stick butter, cold diced
1 packet of chives
1/2 cup shredded cheddar (optional)

Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.  Pour the flour blend and chives into a medium bowl. Stir with a fork to blend. Add the lemon juice to the cream. When it begins to separate, stir into the flour. Blend in the butter and optional cheese using a pastry cutter or forks, do not over mix.  Clumps in the batter will add pockets of flavor to the biscuits.  

Roll the dough into a sheet 3/4 inch thick. Cut into 2 1/2 in squares. Place on your lined pan. Bake for 20 to 22 minutes, until the tops are browned and the insides are firm. Serve warm.
