MINT CHOCOLATE BROWNIE MIX - Wrapped Tube Ingredients: Brownie Mix: Wheat Flour enriched (Niacin, reduced iron, thiamine, mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Malted Barley Flour, Fair Trade Majestic Dutch Cocoa Powder, Baking Powder, Orange Vanilla Sugar (special pure orange extract [alcohol, water, and orange oil], and Vanilla Extract [vanilla, water, propylene glycol, and caramel color]) and Kosher Salt.Chocolate Chips (sugar, Chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, dextrose, soya lecithin). and Crushed Peppermints (sugar, Partially Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil(cottonseed, Soybean), Corn Syrup Solids, Natural And Artificial Flavor, Red 40 Lake) and natural mint Extract.
Preheat oven to 350f.
You will need
4 oz unsalted butter
2 eggs
Sift brownie mix into a large bowl. Melt the butter and chips together in a saucepan or double boiler over low heat. Stir frequently to make certain it doesn't scorch. Fold in eggs and remove the pan from heat. Blend the mixture in with the dry ingredients.
Pour and scrape the batter in to a 8x8"
pan that has been lined with parchment. Bake the brownies for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool.
