HOT TODDY MIX - My father is superman. He is constantly going, going, going. Even on the coldest winter day he is out and about. Last weekend he out for hours in the arctic cold, chopping wood. The sun had passed the yard arm when he came in to make a fire. I asked what I could get him and he declared a "Hot Toddy". This is how I made that snow day staple special.
1 cup prepared Hot Cinnamon Tea 1 tbsp cup Orange Juice 1/8 cup Bourbon, Rye, or Irish whiskey Orange Vanilla Sugar(optional)
Place a metal spoon in a handled glass or mug. Add your spirit of choice. Include Orange Juice to top off with prepared tea. Stir in sugar to your liking. Serve while still hot.
