Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F
2. In medium bowl, stir together cookie mix, 1/4 cup softened butter (or canola oil for heart healthy cookies), 1 egg, and 1/2 tablespoon water until soft dough forms
3. Drop from teaspoon 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheet
4. Bake for about 12 minutes or until cookies begin to brown
5. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet
