SOUP BISCUIT MIX - Tin Tie Bag (makes 12 small biscuits) INGREDIENTS: wheat flour enriched (niacin, reduced iron, thiamine, mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid) malted barley flour, baking powder, and kosher salt. JUST ADD: shortening or butter and milk.

Directions:
1/4 cup butter,shortening or coconut oil
1/2 cup milk

Cut in butter and add milk
 gradually, stirring until soft dough is formed.  Turn out on slightly floured board and lightly "knead" for 30 seconds, enough to shape. 

Roll 1/2 inch thick and cut with 2 inch floured biscuit cutter or straight sided cup. 

Bake on parchment lined or ungreased sheet in a 400 fº degree oven for 12-15 minutes. 

Makes 12 small biscuits.
