The United Hatters Cap and Millinery Workers International Union (UHCMW) was a labor union representing workers in the hatmaking industry in the United States and Canada. The union was founded in 1886 and merged with the Amalgamated Clothing Workers of America in 1982.

The UHCMW played an important role in the labor movement in the early 20th century, particularly during the 1910s and 1920s. The union was involved in a number of strikes and organizing campaigns, including the 1913 Paterson silk strike, which involved over 20,000 workers in Paterson, New Jersey. The UHCMW also helped to organize workers in the men's clothing industry, and played a leading role in the organization of the Amalgamated Clothing Workers of America.
