Beef Sauce
1/4 cup Gremolade
3 cloves garlic ½ cup olive oil
2 tbsp Sweet Italian Vinegar 1 tbsp lemon juice
In a blender, combine all ingredients. Mix well, but do not puree. Use as a sauce or marinade.
