Everything Blend featuring our Aussie Outback Rub.
Grilling Sauce
Mix 2 tsp Everything Blend with ½ cup lemon juice, 1 tsp soy sauce, ½ cup vegetable oil.
Pour into a clean and sterile spray bottle (if you do not have one, use a bowl.) When grilling spray or baste on to beef, poultry, pork, fish or vegetables every 10 min. or so. Baste often with sauce. Refrigerate when not using.

Spicy Marmalade Pork Chops
5 pork chops, 1/2 cup orange marmalade , 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1 tbsp Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
Preheat oven to 350 F. Place pork chops in a 9x13 baking dish. Stir together the marmalade, Perk Up your Pork and soy sauce. Pour over the chops and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Cook covered with foil and bake for 1 hour.

Southwestern Style Chicken Salad
2 chicken breast halves, cooked & cubed, 1 cup chopped celery, 1 lg bell pepper, diced, ½ red onion, diced, 1 1/2 cup sweet corn, 2 tsp Picante Passion, the juice of 1 lg lime or med lemon, 2 tbsp mayonnaise
In a large bowl combine the chicken and veggies. Mix the Poultry Potion, mayonnaise and lime. Pour mixture over salad. Mix well and chill. Serve on a bed of greens.
Veggie Rub featuring our Tomato and Parsley Spice.
Roasted Root Vegetables
3 tbsp olive oil, 3 cups apple juice, 1 cup dry white wine, 1 1/2 tbsp Veggie Rub, 1 1/4 lb turnips, 1 1/4 lb parsnips, 1 1/4 lb carrots, 1 1/4 lb sweet potatoes
Boil apple juice and wine in a large saucepan until reduced to 3/4 cup, about 30 min. Whisk in olive oil and Veggie Rub. Preheat oven to 425 f. Peel and cut vegetables into l/2 inch pieces. Divide between 2 roasting pans. Pour apple juice mixture over vegetables. Toss to coat. Roast until vegetables are tender & golden, stirring occasionally, about 40 min.
Fish Flavoring featuring our Bayou Blackening Balm.
Fish Marinade -
Mix 1 heaping tbsp fish flavoring with 1/4 cup olive oil & 1/4 cup lemon juice. Pour over a serving for 4 and allow to marinate, refrigerated, for at least 1 hour. Fry, Broil or Grill the fish as you would normally.
Steak Seasoning featuring our Midwestern Garden Radish.
Simple Seasoned Steaks
4 (½lb) beef top sirloin steaks, ½ cup canola oil, 1 tbsp Midwestern Garden Radish
Put oil and spice on a large enough platter to accommodate the steaks. Coat the steak well with the oil and spices. Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil grate. Grill steaks over high heat to desired doneness.
All of these blends are also great for dipping!
1 tsp to 1/3 cup of sour cream- add a dollop of mayonnaise if you want it decadent
